Registration Guidelines for Participants
Confirmed registration is required to participate in the Joint i-SAIRAS & iSpaRo Conference 2026 in Cologne, Germany.
BESL Eventagentur GmbH & Co. KG is our external partner for participant registration and is also responsible for invoicing and the collection of participation fees. Please check this website for full information, fees, and deadlines.
We kindly ask you to provide all requested information in the required fields during the registration process. Once the registration process is completed, an electronic confirmation will be generated automatically and sent to the email address provided. Please also check your spam folder.

Registration is possible only via the registration facility on this website.
Registration opens on 16 August 2026.
Registration closes on 20 October 2026.
After 20 October 2026, registration is no longer possible. In exceptional cases, please send your request to orga-isairas-isparo@dlr.de
All participants and delegates must register in full for the Joint i-SAIRAS & iSpaRo Conference 2026 according to the registration categories and conference fees published on this website.
Participants and delegates can register for the conference only via the registration facility provided on this website.
